Biography
Jeffrey S. Simons is a partner in the law firm of Jacobs, Schwalbe, & Petruzzelli, P.C. Mr. Simons focuses his practice on representing plaintiffs in all aspects of personal injury litigation and civil rights litigation including those who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents, fall downs, dog bites, and police misconduct. He has significant experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in this type of litigation and is thus in a position to offer his clients a unique perspective to obtain the best settlements and verdicts on their behalf. He has tried over thirty jury trials in his career in both State and Federal Courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Simons received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000, graduating Cum Laude, and he received his law degree from Northwestern University in 2004, having been the recipient of the Justice John Paul Stevens Fellowship. He is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the District of New Jersey and Eastern District of Pennsylvania Federal Courts.
