Biography
Lauren Tovinsky is a partner in the law firm of Jacobs, Schwalbe, & Petruzzelli, P.C. Mrs. Tovinsky focuses her practice on worker's compensation litigation and Social Security disability claims. She has represented petitioners in the Division of Workers' Compensation and claimants at administrative Social Security disability hearings. She is also a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives (NOSSCR).
Mrs. Tovinsky received her undergraduate degree from Rowan University in 2009. In 2012, she received her law degree from Rutgers School of Law - Camden. She is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
In March of 2014, Mrs. Tovinsky lectured at a seminar for the Camden County Bar Association entitled "Social Security for the Non-Social Security Lawyer" where she discussed many aspects of the Social Security System including the programs and benefits.
Mrs. Tovinsky is also a member of the Justice James H. Coleman, Jr., Inn of Court. She also lectures at Burlington County College on various Social Security issues.
